Okay, enough already(from my head). I've decided that it is time that I redo the links on the side of my page. I think there is one there from when I originally started my page that says edit me. Well, I'm not editing you today. But i'm going to shortly. I've been thinking about it for a while. My sister is getting married next weekend. And I am trying to find a new apartment before that, so the stress level is kind of high, which is making me break out and be sad. But no worries, everything always works out, blemishes and all. I think I will be updating for the next couple of days, but it will probably not be fiber related, as everything is revolving around my sis for now, regardless of how much I resist, which is not that much, she is cool. But I got my bridesmaid dress on Monday, I'm the Maid of Honor, and it still fits....I think I was a few pounds down at the time, so that means I'm the same now! I'll post some pictures of the wedding countdown festivities or bachlorette party stuff. Stay tuned!

Lacy scarf

I finished this scarf on Sunday. It is made from Patons Nuance. It is also made from a free pattern on Paton's website. I really like this yarn. It is so soft and the metallic sparkles are just enough. I had some yarn left over, so I'm thinking of making a matching hat.
My sister's wedding shower and bachlorette party are this weekend in Austin. I can't wait, we are gonna have so much fun. And on Friday, my boyfriend bought tickets for us to go see the Killers. That is gonna be really fun. I can't wait for Thursday to end so the weekend to be here. And then the Aqua Teen Hungerforce movie comes out this weekend. So much to do...

New Knit Swatch

This time I learned the stockinette stitch. Which also means I learned how to purl, because I didn't know that one.
I don't know how good the picture is. The yarn was so light that when I used the flash it washed it out. But you can see on the right side there, I dropped a stitch. This lady at work that is always knitting showed me how to pick it up, but I had boggled it too badly already to make it undetectable. Whatever, it was a practice swatch. I'm going to try again.
